Neu Stream Building Group was given the opportunity to build this beautiful 2 Townhouse Development for our clients in early 2021. The clients are first home buyer and bought this block of land originally as an investment, after obtaining council approval to develop on the land.
Neu Stream Building Group helped with demolition of existing brick veneer home and have liaised with the client to develop this land into 2 beautiful townhouses. Our client has been to site regularly during this project and has expressed their gratitude to the project progression and quality of workmanship. Works involved full build from start to finish.
