Neu Stream Building Group was given the opportunity to build this beautiful project, in Hepburn Springs. Work commenced in 2016 and a successful project handed over to another happy client by the end of 2017.

Works involved demolishing existing house and preparing site for the counter-leaver villas. which consisted of $500,000 worth of steel. The project involved constructing 9 single storey luxury villas. Neu Stream worked alongside the local council to endeavour the project run smoothly and with the least amount of disruption to the local environment.
